Another recipe from Nonna ‘Grandma’ Marcella of Goretti winery. This particular recipe pairs well with Goretti Grechetto or Mogoro Bovale. The Grechetto is medium bodied white wine that is a classic pairing with white truffles and porcini mushrooms. The Bovale (from Sardinia) is light bodied red wine made from the local Bovale grape, and is most similar in style to a California Pinot Noir. Its red fruit and earthy notes make for a great mushroom pairing for the red wine lovers out there. This is a great transitional dish for heading into the fall season! We hope you enjoy!
